Cancellation Policy

1. During off peak periods, a booking can be cancelled any time up to 48 hours prior to 2pm of the arrival date. This must be done by email. Failure to provide at least 48-hour notice of cancellation by email will result in the first night's stay being charged.

2. Where a customer fails to arrive by 7pm on the arrival day without prior arrangement, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the first night’s stay will be charged to the credit card.

3. A 14-day cancellation period applies for bookings made for the  Peak Period, ie, 25 December - 30 January, Labour Day weekend, Easter Holiday, Melbourne Cup Weekend. Failure to provide at least 14-days notice by email will result in the first night's stay being charged.
