Modification of Bookings

The Modification of Bookings policy applies to bookings made directly with the Motel, either by phone, walk in or the "Book Now" button on the motel website. By making a booking with Lightkeepers Inn Motel, you accept the Policy. The Policy is subject to change without notice.

  1. Modification of a booking MUST be made via email.
  2. Flexible bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to 2pm of the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or modified within the 48-hour period, first night's rate will be charged.
  3. A valid credit card must be provided when a booking is made. First night's rate will be charged any time after the 48-hour modification and cancellation period, and the remainder will be finalised on arrival to the motel.
  4. Entry and stay at Lightkeepers Inn Motel is conditional upon the supply of the credit card used for making the booking and/or $250 cash deposit, Driver's Licence with the current address or Passport. Debit Cards are NOT accepted as a room guarantee. If the Driver's Licence does not have the guest’s current address, additional ID with current address must be provided.
  5. Bank fees and surcharges apply to card transactions for incidental charges.
  6. No modification or cancellation can be made for non-refundable bookings. Payments are taken prior to guest's arrival without notice.
  7. All Third Party booking websites (eg. booking.com) have their own modification and cancellation policies. If a booking is made via a third party, the conditions of that particular booking entity will be adhered to. Please note that these may be different from the motel booking conditions and policies.

No modifications can be made for Peak Period bookings.
